NSWIS hockey strikers Eli Matheson and Jamie Dwyer will be laughing all the way to the Olympics after being named in the Kookaburras Olympic team.
Matheson will make his Olympic debut in Beijing, while Dwyer will be looing to add to the gold he collected in Athens.
With just shy of 200 international caps, and over 100 goals, Dwyer is one of the most experienced players in the squad.
The 16-man Australian side will be based in Perth until July 16 then head to Cairns for a three match test series against Korea on July 19, 21 and 23.
They will depart for Beijing from Sydney on July 31.
